About the Role:
Oakley is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships, and participating in team efforts.
  • Providing outstanding customer service skills, product knowledge, and solutions that result in customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • At least 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone, and math skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $21.76 per hour, along with opportunities for bonuses and commissions. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off, and employee discounts.
