About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at StretchLab. As the face of our studio, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and current clients, conduct introductory studio tours, and explain membership benefits to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Membership Sales: Drive membership sales by engaging with clients, conducting studio tours, and explaining benefits to promote our services.
  • Customer Service: Provide accurate information about StretchLab services, policies, and scheduling to ensure a positive experience.
  • Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage return visits and foster a loyal customer base.
