About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Gap Inc.

As a Brand Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

You will work closely with your leadership team to drive sales and service, while promoting loyalty and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
  • Be accountable to personal goals contributing to overall store goals and results.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
  • Handle customer interactions and potential issues/returns courteously and professionally.
  • Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
