About the Role:
We are seeking passionate Culinary Supervisors who can contribute their enthusiasm for high-quality cuisine, teamwork, and culinary expertise to our upscale dining establishments. Our Signature Dining program focuses on scratch cooking and chef-inspired culinary creations that distinguish us from our competitors.
Compensation:
Competitive salary starting at $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation to ensure timely service of resident meals.
- Direct the preparation and accuracy of all menu items, ensuring adherence to recipes, food safety, quality standards, and dietary restrictions.
- Supervise the scheduling, training, and performance management of all culinary and utility staff. The Culinary Supervisor will assume all culinary responsibilities in the absence of the head chef, including staffing, food production, and kitchen sanitation.
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, storage spaces, and loading docks.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-service culinary environment.
- At least 6 months of supervisory and coaching experience.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; graduation from a certified culinary program or college is a plus.
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
- Able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of working in extreme temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold storage areas.
- Willingness to work some weekends and holidays.
