Sales and Events Manager Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager at Mother Wolf - Miami is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. They will manage the sales team, establish relationships with key clients, and ensure the restaurant is meeting its sales targets and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Own and follow up on all details of customer events from booking to follow up.
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the restaurant.
  • Ensure proper follow up and communicate customer needs and profiles so seamless hand off can occur.
  • Keep any managers on duty fully informed of all problems or matters of significance.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Follow restaurant's dress and grooming standards.
  • Minimize safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures.
  • All other duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
  • College degree or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well in stressful, high-pressure situations, including the ability to handle guest objections and disputes to satisfactory results.
  • Must be able to show initiative in job performance, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn HRIS systems.
  • Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays when required.
