Key Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for property managers to address and resolve any service-related requests promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Renewals: Proactively identify opportunities for contract renewals and work closely with the sales team to ensure timely renewals, maximizing revenue and client retention.
