Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Business Executive Leader to lead our Business Unit, overseeing all facets of the operation. This individual will manage an infrastructure team, including division-level managers, and execute a local market strategy to drive functional excellence and budget achievement.



Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute plans to complement the Area's strategic operating plan, championing the execution of the strategic plan and tactical initiatives within the Business Unit.
  • Work with Area and Region sales management to drive commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal sales efforts within the Business Unit, achieving targeted growth objectives and exceeding customer experience expectations.
  • Oversee effective safety and accident prevention programs to ensure all reasonable actions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries, maintaining a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
  • Lead operations to ensure compliance with all standards, including environmental, operating, regulatory, safety, accounting, and ethics.
  • Manage performance and talent development, building and maintaining strong and effective relations with relevant government, community, and environmental groups.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to execute against formulated strategy.
  • Ability to lead large-scale change initiatives, direct large staffs of functional experts, and build strong sales teams.
  • Process-oriented and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to organizational success and the ability to optimize near-term results for long-term sustainable success.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage an extended span of control and multiple business lines.
  • Previous experience in the environmental services industry, as well as previous employment by a Fortune 500 company, is preferred.
