Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our MRI Software team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

About the Role:
  • This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our @Work SaaS solutions and their value proposition to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Utilize various channels to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize sales performance.
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on sales progress, providing valuable insights to enhance product development and marketing strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to business development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in business products or services and managing a territory and/or client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong networking skills within the industry and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)About Us:
