We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our MRI Software team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
About the Role:- This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our @Work SaaS solutions and their value proposition to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Utilize various channels to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize sales performance.
- Regularly update internal stakeholders on sales progress, providing valuable insights to enhance product development and marketing strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to business development.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in business products or services and managing a territory and/or client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong networking skills within the industry and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
