Job Overview
The Key Account Business Development Manager - Healthcare Solutions will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability for our assigned portfolio of products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for assigned product portfolios, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business goals.
- Lead CPQ activities for the CT/AMI business in North America, including configuring, pricing, and quoting, while also driving development of high-quality customer proposals.
- Support and coach Modality Sales and Clinical teams as the point of contact to ensure marketing strategy and plans are aligned.
- Implement short-term business plans, goals, and product roadmaps, introducing process innovation, simplification, and standardization to improve commercial quoting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration.
- 5+ years of experience in capital sales and/or marketing, with a preference for CT/AMI experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Salary Range
$115,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional Information
US work authorization is required for this position, and relocation benefits will not be provided. You must reside in or within commuting distance to Pinecrest, OH.
