Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining relationships with clients, working closely under the supervision of the assigned Client Services Manager. This individual must possess a thorough understanding of the client's objectives, goals, and roadmap, as well as proactively manage their assigned tasks, tickets, and to-do items.
Key Responsibilities- Aid the Client Services Manager in account management duties including:
- Reviewing monthly invoices for accuracy.
- Updating the CRM system with project and service opportunities, as well as contracts.
- Managing contract renewals.
- Support the Client Services Manager in leading, preparing, and executing strategic IT roadmaps for clients by:
- Initiating the proposal scoping process.
- Building new service agreements and contracts.
- Preparing documentation for internal project meetings.
- Assisting with preparation of client engagement and strategy meetings.
- Providing support in the execution of product demonstrations, presentations, and end-user training.
- Participate in interdepartmental project planning by assisting with the management and coordination of client onboarding tasks.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, project management, sales support, or client services. They should be able to work successfully in a team atmosphere, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and possess excellent attention to detail. Additionally, they should be able to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to an evolving environment.
