Account Manager

Location: Remote - Hybrid model available

Compensation: Base Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000+ with commission structure

Position Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing business development and sales initiatives for Support Services within your designated territory. Your role will involve collaborating with the existing sales team to enhance awareness, provide training, and develop sales pipelines in both direct and indirect sales models.

Our engineering-focused solutions empower clients to maximize the potential of technology.

Key Responsibilities:


• Act as the primary liaison for your territory, driving measurable growth in Support Services.


• Train, mentor, and develop the Account Management team.


• Collaborate with field sales teams to facilitate training and skill enhancement for selling Support Services.


• Lead demand generation campaigns for Support Services in partnership with field sales.


• Work alongside sales and service leadership to analyze and prioritize sales activities within existing accounts to promote efficient growth.


• Create joint marketing strategies to recommend effective tactics and support regular demand generation efforts in your territory.


• Ensure ongoing training and development for sales and support staff related to Support Services.


• Provide accurate forecasts for Support Services sales in your regions.


• Meet or exceed financial objectives for Support Services.


• Collaborate with peers across various markets to share best practices and develop a unified approach for optimal results.


• Drive new sales opportunities beyond the current customer base.


• Re-engage dormant accounts to stimulate new sales.


• Collaborate with the Support team to qualify all relevant opportunities.

Qualifications:


• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.


• Proven experience in selling staffing-based or support services.


• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.


• Ability to thrive in a matrix-managed environment.


• Demonstrated capability to leverage subject matter experts to enhance the sales process.


• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Education and Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.


• At least 5 years of experience in Staffing Service solutions with significant business development responsibilities; sales experience is advantageous.


• Proven success in selling solutions to IT management.


• Preferred experience in sales leadership roles.
