Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, supported by an experienced team.
  • Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up on warm leads.
  • Assess customer needs and requirements effectively.
  • Communicate and demonstrate the value of our Professional Services in both Direct Client and Managed Service Provider (MSP) markets.
  • Develop sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets through effective closing strategies.
  • Formulate and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Manage and grow assigned industry verticals.
  • Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs with team support.
  • Stay informed about competitive landscape and product offerings.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze data for future initiatives.
  • Provide regular status updates to the executive team.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or recruiting.
  • A proactive individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is adept with social media.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
