Key Responsibilities- Technical Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Develop and implement technical infrastructure to support research, including meticulous logistical planning and tracking.
- IT Resource Oversight: Oversee IT resources, including personnel, and provide guidance on priorities, oversight, and training.
- Procurement and Vendor Management: Procure all resources required to support technical infrastructure and develop and maintain vendor relationships.
- Client Briefings and Solutions: Brief technical solutions to Clients, including describing technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Client Approval Processes: Navigate Client approval processes for solutions, including preparing documentation in Client required formats.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for infrastructure, including written documentation and training for all personnel.
- Program Management Support: Provide backup to Program Manager for contracts associated with infrastructure, including maintaining and expanding Client relationships and filing all contract required artifacts.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance: Possess an active in-scope TS/SCI clearance with poly.
- Technical Operations Experience: Have 10+ years of experience in technical operations or targeting research, ideally including OSINT suites and command line tools.
- Cyber Security Experience: Have 10+ years of substantive experience in cyber security and/or great power competition topics.
- Operational Planning: Have experience developing and implementing operational plans, including carrying new concepts through idea, design, implementation, and O&M.
- Documentation and Tracking: Have proven experience maintaining documentation and tracking with a high-level of detail.
- System Failure Identification: Have experience identifying system failures, documenting issues objectively, and developing proactive solutions.
- Client Briefing Experience: Have experience briefing senior-level Client managers.
- Technical Operations Expertise: Have expertise in technical operations, including pen testing and PCAP analysis.
- Administrative Experience: Have experience managing administrative aspects of operations, including budgets, approvals, and financial paperwork.
- PowerPoint Skills: Have strong PowerPoint skills, including preparing diagrams of system logic and translating complex topics into pithy, non-technical bullets.
- Personnel Management: Have experience managing personnel and mentoring junior team members.
