As a Client Account Specialist on the OEM FordDirect Team for Team Velocity, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and possess a solid understanding of Agency-Client dynamics. Collaborating closely with the Regional Account Directors (RADs), Production, OEM, and Onboarding teams, you will ensure that deliverables are met in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Team Velocity's operational processes, account management, integrated strategies, and our proprietary technology platform, Apollo.
- Assist in the creation of Customer Success documentation, including meeting agendas, reporting presentations, and general communications with clients.
- Participate in client meetings and document discussions and conference calls.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Account Teams regarding the status of deliverables and current projects.
- Address client inquiries and requirements promptly.
- Work collaboratively to troubleshoot production challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
- Understand client objectives and organize deliverables effectively to achieve successful campaign outcomes.
- Update and manage Clients' Consumer Portal(s).
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for all participating manufacturers.
- Support the Account Management team with additional tasks as required.
- Proactively manage client deliverables by anticipating needs.
- Contribute to client retention efforts by fostering strong relationships and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
- Exhibit a positive, proactive, and productive attitude as a member of the brand team.
Additional Duties
- Familiarize yourself with client accounts and understand their target market.
- Enhance your knowledge of the automotive industry, including company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies.
- Engage in proactive daily communications with colleagues and clients in a professional manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities to add value to the Client-Agency relationship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Experience in Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-focused.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated initiative in taking ownership of projects.
- Ability to prioritize and set objectives effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Maintain composure and constructive behavior under pressure.
Compensation
This entry-level position offers competitive compensation starting at $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, wellness programs, and more.
