You are adept at grasping integrated marketing approaches, both traditional and digital. You recognize the importance of deadlines and consistently aim to surpass expectations in your responsibilities, whether it involves supporting client accounts or engaging with your team. A solid foundation in digital marketing is essential.
Core Responsibilities
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Team Velocity's methodologies, account management practices, integrated strategies, and our proprietary technology platform, Apollo.
- Assist in creating Customer Success documentation, including meeting agendas, reporting presentations, and general client communications.
- Engage in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Account Teams regarding the status of deliverables and current projects.
- Address client inquiries and requirements promptly.
- Work collaboratively to troubleshoot production challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
- Comprehend client objectives and effectively organize deliverables to drive successful campaign outcomes.
- Update and manage clients' Consumer Portals.
- Learn and uphold knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for all participating manufacturers.
- Support the Account Management team with additional tasks as required.
- Proactively manage client deliverables; prioritize tasks based on prior knowledge.
- Contribute to achieving 100% client retention by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
- Exhibit a positive, proactive, and productive attitude as a brand team member.
Additional Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with client accounts and understand their target market.
- Enhance your knowledge of the automotive sector, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with both colleagues and clients on a daily basis.
- Continuously seek opportunities to add value to the Client/Agency relationship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Experience in Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-focused.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities, with a proven capacity to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated initiative in taking ownership of projects.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and objectives effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Maintain composure and constructive behavior under pressure.
Compensation
This entry-level position offers competitive compensation starting at $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, wellness programs, and more.
