We are in search of a highly proficient and committed Client Relations Supervisor to support our Network Security Operations Services Center for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

In the role of Client Relations Supervisor, you will be essential in ensuring our clients' success by delivering outstanding service and support.


Key Responsibilities:
Engage with various DHS Components and stakeholders to recommend mitigations and address potential impacts.
Offer insights, detection tools, and access to customized dashboards.
Incorporate client-submitted reports and artifacts into regular updates for all stakeholders.

Conduct follow-ups with clients at specified intervals to ensure clear communication, identify and resolve obstacles, and facilitate tracking and remediation.

Design, develop, and continuously enhance all levels of client outreach in collaboration with DHS OCIO.
Inform stakeholders of upcoming major maintenance activities to ensure awareness of changes and their implications across the network.

Work closely with clients and NOSC NCCS team members to gather client requirements and ensure successful implementation for mission success.

Guide and mentor other Client Success Managers and team members.
Provide timely and transparent communication to stakeholders, ensuring a premier service experience.
Support capability delivery and enhancement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study -OR- equivalent experience.
A minimum of eight years of experience.
Demonstrated experience in client service management, preferably within a network security operations context.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present complex information clearly and succinctly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Familiarity with network and security operations and industry best practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a government or defense setting.
Understanding of DHS policies and procedures.
Knowledge of broader cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO).
Familiarity with DHS Components and their operations is advantageous.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must hold a Secret clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
Occasionally needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
This position frequently involves communication with co-workers, management, and clients, which may include delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
