Position Overview

The Client Engagement Manager will oversee the Renewals Team, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. This role involves setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developing training and growth initiatives, and crafting proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) specifically for government clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Renewals Team with a focus on enhancing client relationships and retention.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Design and implement training programs aimed at professional development.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and RFP responses tailored to government clients.
  • Drive the continued engagement of existing government clients with the company's IT solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Business Development, preferably within the federal or GovCon sectors.
  • Proven track record of writing successful proposals for renewals, licenses, and contracts.
  • Experience in team leadership and management.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with client procurement processes.
