What You'll Do

  • Build and nurture relationships with assigned clients, customers, and partners to support their success.
  • Educate clients, customers, and partners on TD SYNNEX's core value services to enhance their experience.
  • Conduct research to uncover new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Engage with potential sales prospects through various outreach methods.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity documentation, including Sales Plays.
  • Lead general lead generation and sales initiatives to promote client products.
  • Conduct outreach to potential customers to introduce and discuss client products.
  • Collaborate on sales and marketing efforts to elevate client product visibility.
  • Manage, document, and forecast a pipeline of opportunities to drive client retention and business growth.
  • Address client and customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accurately document sales activities and quotes in the company CRM.
  • Track opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Oversee agreements and credit terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Support the execution of Business Planning Objectives, both internally and with clients/partners.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to team and company success.

What We're Looking For

  • College degree, or equivalent work or military experience.
  • 1-3 years in sales, general business, customer service, or team leadership roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and resourceful problem-solver.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous personal and company improvement.
  • Location, Hours, and Working Environment: We welcome candidates local to any of our U.S. offices, with options for hybrid, full-time in-office, or remote work based on team and business needs. Standard working hours are 8-5 M-F, with occasional availability for non-standard work hours or overtime as needed.
