Position Summary
The Customer Success Account Manager plays a crucial role in engaging with accounts prior to renewal, ensuring they are well-prepared for timely renewals.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to Veeam's ongoing success by consistently meeting individual and team targets, renewal rates, and upselling opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to end-users within the future pipeline.
- Maintain and cultivate strong professional relationships with all internal and external departments.
- Ensure comprehensive account management and uphold meticulous Salesforce hygiene.
- Meet and exceed all daily and monthly performance metrics as outlined by management.
- Provide accurate forecasting and planning for assigned accounts.
- Foster a positive and successful work environment.
- Suggest operational process enhancements to streamline customer success execution.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in renewals sales or renewals sales enablement within a high-tech product or service environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with the ability to innovate and execute effectively.
- Demonstrated patience, understanding, and empathy to manage conflicts and concerns efficiently.
- Adaptability to changing roles and responsibilities; a self-starter with a strong passion for customer success.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams in software or technology sectors, particularly with complex renewal offerings and effectively communicating their benefits to customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage activities, projects, requests, documentation, and timelines effectively.
- Ability to articulate innovative ideas and proposals for improvements within the customer success team.

Language Requirement
