Staffing Account Manager - Expedite Technology Solutions, LLC
As a Staffing Account Manager at Expedite Technology Solutions, your main duty will be to develop and sustain robust relationships with our clientele while adeptly overseeing their staffing requirements.
The Account Manager will collaborate closely with clients, the recruitment team, and candidates to ensure optimal placements for available job openings.
Core Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Development:
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients.
- Comprehend clients' staffing requirements, goals, and organizational culture.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing any issues or inquiries.
- Offer insights on market dynamics and salary standards to clients.
- Engage in corporate gatherings, charitable events, and coordinate client social functions.
- Grow existing client accounts by pinpointing further staffing opportunities.
- Cross-sell and upsell staffing solutions to accommodate the client's changing needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment/delivery team to prioritize job requirements.
o Provide candidates that align with or surpass client job specifications.
- Respond to inquiries and furnish information to candidates regarding job openings and our organization.
- Organize and sponsor consultant lunches and events.
- Negotiate staffing contracts and service agreements with clients.
- Ensure new hires comply with contractual obligations and meet client expectations.
- Track the status and performance of placed candidates.
- Address issues, conflicts, or concerns promptly to uphold client satisfaction.
- Create and revise job descriptions and input them into the Applicant Tracking System as necessary.
- Log sales activities into Salesforce CRM.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience in the staffing/recruitment sector as a Recruiter, Account Manager, or Outside Salesperson.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Recruitment and CRM software.
