We are in search of a Strategic Account Executive focused on mid-sized businesses who embodies both sales expertise and strategic partnership capabilities, ready to influence our market strategy, define our solutions, and envision our future.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Master Our Offerings: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Intersect's services to effectively communicate our unique value proposition and competitive advantages to clients in the mid-sized manufacturing sector.
  • Build Enduring Partnerships: Cultivate long-term client relationships, identify their core business needs, and guide them through the intricacies of selecting and implementing optimal technology solutions.
  • Drive Business Development: Employ a variety of strategies, including outreach calls, face-to-face meetings, vendor showcases, client events, and referrals to create a robust sales pipeline and surpass sales objectives.
  • Strategize for Achievement: Develop and maintain account plans, adjust strategies based on market dynamics and client feedback, and ensure consistent data integrity in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with delivery teams and pre-sales experts to address client requirements and ensure a smooth sales experience.

About You:

  • Experience: A minimum of four years in complex sales processes, selling intricate technical solutions, whether in a SaaS environment, at a value-added reseller, or a manufacturer, with a strong grasp of the consultative sales methodology.
  • Performance: A demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets within the mid-sized sector in the manufacturing industry.
  • Business Insight: A strong capability to articulate and convey relevant business value to clients.
  • Team Orientation: Willingness to commute to our office a few days a week and enthusiasm for being part of a collaborative team.
