Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within assigned territories. This role requires a strong consultative approach, with the ability to understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through research, referrals, and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing expert advice on Paycor's products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Client Services and Implementation, to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate Paycor's offerings and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop effective solutions
  • 4-year business degree, with a focus on sales, marketing, or a related field
