Position Summary:
As a Secure Transport Specialist, you will collaborate with your team to guarantee the safe and efficient pickup and delivery of cash, coins, and other valuables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate armored vehicles and other designated vehicles along specified routes to service client locations.
  • Manage ATM and Smart Safe servicing.
  • Handle customer stops, including delivering change orders and collecting deposits.
  • Load and unload cargo, which may include multiple bags and boxes of coins.
  • Accurately count items, record, and sign for cargo.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a minimum of a 3-year driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a Medical Examiners Certificate through a DOT-approved medical examiner.
  • A valid firearms permit or the ability to meet applicable firearms requirements may be necessary.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time schedule averaging 40 to 50 hours per week, typically requiring a minimum of 5 days during a 6-day period, with occasional weekend work.
  • Approximately 90-95% of work performed in air-conditioned vehicles.

Physical Requirements:
As part of the qualification process, candidates must successfully complete a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE), which includes:

  • Vertical lifting of 25 lbs from 10 to 66 inches (1X).
  • Carrying 18 lbs vertically from 1 to 44 inches and horizontally transferring 15 ft (4X).
  • Vertical lifting of 50 lbs from 10 to 36 inches and horizontally transferring 2 ft (2X).
  • Push-pull tasks requiring 47 lbs of force on a sled (2X).
  • Repetitive coupling tasks with a hand dynamometer (4X).
  • Climbing steps with heights of 24 inches (10X).
