Job Responsibilities:
As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, you will:
- Utilize Merry Maids' proprietary cleaning products and methods to maintain cleanliness in clients' homes.
- Operate provided equipment, including vacuums and microfiber cloths.
- Ensure thorough cleaning of all surfaces, such as fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, countertops, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
- Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard surfaces, and furniture.
- Move light furniture as needed to clean thoroughly.
- Transport cleaning supplies and equipment to and from various job sites.
- Maintain a well-stocked supply of cleaning materials and ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Foster a positive work environment through a friendly attitude and teamwork.

Qualifications:
- Ability to distinguish between various cleaning products and their applications.
- Proficient in reading and following cleaning instructions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. of equipment.
- Comfort with regular exposure to pet hair, dust, and cleaning solutions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
