Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Staybridge Suites Ft. Lauderdale Airport-West. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and front desk operations.

Estimated salary: $52,000 - $70,000 per year.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate room assignments, confirm reservations, and respond promptly to guest needs.
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records, including occupied rooms and guest information.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Lead a team of Front Desk agents, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • Supervisory duties include scheduling, training, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or related fields.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Affinity for Opera PMS systems is an asset.
