  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience (in-person or remote).
  • Proficient communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to type 25 wpm with high accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
