Condominium Manager

Sabal Palm Condominiums of Pine is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Community Association Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our condominium complex, including managing relationships with board members, residents, and vendors.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and experience to provide exceptional customer service, manage budgets, and oversee maintenance and repairs. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the condominium complex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with board members, residents, and vendors
• Oversee daily activities, including but not limited to: monitoring accounts payable and receivable, managing resident services, and coordinating special events
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the condominium complex
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, property damage, and other relevant data
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
• Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and analysis
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and professional manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in community association management, preferably in a condominium setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
