Salary

We are offering $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Estimator with Customer Service experience, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and preparing material estimates and cost estimates for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance products or services for our clients.
  • Making outbound calls to confirm approval of estimates and schedule appointments.
  • Ensuring all estimates are approved by clients and updating them as needed on technician ETA.
  • Providing fast, friendly, and fun customer service to both internal and external customers, vendors, and clients.
  • Communicating with clients and other departments via email, text message, and phone.
  • Answering incoming calls, emails, and text messages to close out calls for technicians and sales.
  • Managing client concerns and resolving them efficiently and effectively.
  • Finding solutions to problems.
  • Assisting with projects as needed.
Requirements

  • Be proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (preferred).
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar estimator role.
  • Expert knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in getting HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance parts estimates.
  • The ability to type a minimum of 55 WPM (preferred).
  • Fluent English language skills, reading, writing, and speaking.
