Your Role: As a Cost Analyst, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing that our projects are accurately and effectively priced, laying the groundwork for successful execution. You will engage with various stakeholders, from architects to municipal officials, ensuring that every detail meets our high standards and ambitious objectives.

What You'll Do:

Leadership and Impact:

  • Develop and enhance relationships with project teams and subcontractors, establishing yourself as the primary expert for project pricing.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, ensuring they not only align with but surpass our company's profit goals.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Maintain open and proactive communication, addressing potential issues before they affect project timelines.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, anticipating and responding to their needs with agility and expertise.

Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Present and discuss your detailed cost estimates with the Director of Preconstruction, influencing the strategic direction of our projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, developers, and municipal officials to coordinate and achieve project objectives.
  • Lead the formulation of preconstruction and construction schedules, aligning with all stakeholders to ensure project success.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a High School GED equivalent combined with a minimum of five years of practical experience in cost estimation or project management with a construction manager or general contractor.
  • A client-focused, dynamic individual who balances outstanding service with a strong understanding of the company's interests.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
