In this position, you will have the opportunity to assist a company that has evolved since 1912 into the largest concrete subcontractor in the nation, with our professionals completing over 200 projects that encompass more than 20 million gross square feet annually. With your support, we strive to merge the resources of a large corporation with the agility of a smaller firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and estimating phases of projects to ensure the incorporation of the most efficient, safe, and cost-effective form systems into the project design.
  • Support the creation of precise formwork layout drawings and erection instructions for field teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to monitor safety, costs, and schedules of construction projects.
  • Address and resolve issues related to structural design in conjunction with the project team.
  • Help prepare quantity surveys, formwork estimates, and project proposals.
  • Assist in coordinating material purchases, deliveries, tracking, and forecasting to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Engage in special projects and fulfill other duties as assigned to support the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of AutoCAD and/or BIM Modeling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization, as well as customers and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to analyze and organize substantial amounts of information regarding plan layouts, material deliveries, and jobsite productivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols and relevant OSHA regulations.
  • Willingness to travel and work on projects outside of the office for extended periods.
