Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide top-level administrative support to our 2 doctor entrepreneurs.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage calendars for executives, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination
  • Assist executives in preparing for meetings, including drafting documents and presentations
  • Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives, providing timely and accurate support
  • Provide administrative support for coaching portal inquiries and requests
  • Draft meeting notes, slides, and documents for executives, ensuring high-quality output
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Google Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Familiarity with Kajabi, GoHighLevel, Descript, and Canva
