At REI Management Services LLC, we're seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Customer Service Trainee. As part of our fast-paced Marketing and Client Service industry, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with renowned brands in the energy sector.

We're passionate about promoting equity and access to community-based clean energy sources, and our client's rapid growth projections have led to an exciting expansion of our Customer Service team.

In this entry-level position, you'll collaborate with Senior Level Sales and Client Support teams to develop skills in sales, marketing, market analysis, client engagement, and customer support. You'll be responsible for facilitating the full cycle sales process, analyzing consumer trends, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and supporting new promotional materials development.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate face-to-face presentations to educate customers on exclusive promotions and product benefits.
  • Analyze consumer trends to identify potential customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and quality control teams to exceed business objectives.
  • Support the optimization of new promotional materials by attending regular client meetings.
  • Develop and execute new sales and marketing strategies to enhance the consumer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for advancing social equity and community programs.
  • Strong desire for personal development and love of learning.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
