Customer Service Operations Liaison Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Liaison Manager to join our team at Hampton Roads Transit. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with dispatch in Operations regarding delays in bus, rail, and ferry operations
- Closing of CAF complaints sent to Operations and tracks complaints past due over 10 days for response
- Responds to customer inquiries on routes, schedules, fares, and other HRT services
- Provides information on routes, schedules, fares, and other information about HRT services
$33,222 - $40,697 per year
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills and people skills
- Clear, pleasant telephone voice
- Knowledge of customer service and public relations techniques
- General knowledge of the Hampton Roads area
- Able to deal effectively with the public
Education: High school diploma or GED certificate
Experience: One year of providing quality customer service and general office experience
