Job Description:

The Customer Service Liaison will serve as a liaison between Operations and Customer Service, providing critical information to representatives through the CAS system. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and people skills, knowledge of customer service principles and practices, and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Essential Duties:

  • Liaising with dispatch in Operations regarding delays in bus, rail, and ferry operations
  • Closing of CAF complaints sent to Operations and tracking past due complaints for response
  • Providing premier customer service to internal and external customers
  • Managing records created and received in compliance with HRT Records Management Policies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • One year of providing quality customer service
  • Valid Driver's License (acquire a Virginia Driver's License within 60 days)

Estimated Salary Range: $35,000 - $42,500 per year
