About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Hampton Roads Transit. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between Operations and Customer Service, providing critical information to representatives through the CAS system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with dispatch in Operations regarding delays in bus, rail, and ferry operations
  • Closing of CAF complaints sent to Operations and tracking past due complaints for response
  • Respond to customer inquiries on routes, schedules, fares, and other HRT services
  • Provide premier customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage records created and received in compliance with HRT Records Management Policies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • One year of providing quality customer service
  • Valid Driver's License (acquire a Virginia Driver's License within 60 days)

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $42,500 per year, based on the location and requirements of the job. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
