Business Development Liaison

A Business Development Liaison is needed to support the growth of UHS facilities in the Richmond, VA area. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison to the community, educating referral sources about Kempsville Center for Behavioral Health programs and contributing to the development and implementation of referral development plans.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a proven record in business development and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and implementing special functions such as workshops, seminars, symposiums, receptions, conferences, and open houses, to highlight facility resources and programs. The successful candidate will also gather market intelligence and share that information with the Director of Business Development to assist with business development strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration or in some Behavioral Science. Experience in areas of marketing and business development in healthcare and in managed care is required. Must be good public speaker and be able to present materials in a clear and concise manner. Estimated salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
