POSITION SUMMARY:
The role involves supporting PATH's mission by contributing as an effective team member. Responsibilities include welcoming individuals receiving services and visitors, as well as providing administrative support for Behavioral Health clinical programs. This is a part-time evening position, Monday - Friday from 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of clerical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- COVID-19 Vaccination or willingness to receive the vaccine is required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform receptionist duties for assigned Behavioral Health programs, greeting individuals and notifying staff of arrivals
- Manage phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and forms for assigned programs
- Handle individual sign-in documentation as required
- Compile documentation packets for designated programs
- Coordinate meetings such as Behavioral Health Reviews, team meetings, and case conferences for assigned programs
