Job Overview

The Adult Rehabilitation Center is in search of a Finance Administrative Assistant to enhance the efficiency of the finance department by executing a range of clerical and organizational tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing, reviewing, and entering data related to daily sales.
  • Preparing monthly invoices for welfare-related transactions.
  • Generating and distributing financial reports.
  • Compiling supporting documents for approval processes.
  • Inputting statistical data and performing additional clerical tasks as required.


The Finance Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for drafting and sending appreciation letters to contributors, managing daily mail flow, and handling phone communications and reception duties for the finance department.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a High School diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of experience in an office setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with a keen attention to detail.
