Key Responsibilities
  • e-Builder Capital Project Management System Administration
    • Onboard and train new users on the e-Builder system
    • Provide technical support to users
    • Manage licenses and account configurations
    • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reports
    • Coordinate with FRES IT for system administration and integration
  • Assistant Project Management
    • Manage small capital projects or assist in the management of larger projects
    • Develop and maintain project financial transactions
    • Utilize e-Builder project management system
    • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
  • Project Management Resources Development and Support
    • Update the Capital Project Management Manual (CPMM)
    • Develop and maintain project management training resources
    • Coordinate filing maintenance for PM training resources and distribution
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in design or supervision of building renovations and/or new construction projects, and capital budget preparation and administration
  • Proficiency with project management software such as e-Builder
  • Strong initiative, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team
