National Accounts Manager

Edmunds is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Accounts Manager to join our team. As a National Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for consulting with, supporting, and selling Edmunds' dealer products to our National Dealer Accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales. You will also have a strong business consulting, analysis, and reporting background, with the ability to work independently from a remote/home office.
The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for reviewing on-line business practices and consulting with dealership management and Internet department staff regarding on-line best practices leveraging Edmunds' proprietary analytics. You will also be charged with ongoing relationship management with the dealer, reinforcing the Edmunds value proposition through ongoing counseling and product enhancement and new product introduction meetings for their core regional constituent dealerships.
The National Accounts Manager must be a professional and talented individual with a healthy respect for automotive retailers and a passion for improving the car buying experience. You will be responsible for processing/create agreements upon request, sending out monthly performance reports to group clients, communicating with internal teams to accomplish objectives, analyzing group performance, providing insight, and preparing presentations with support/direction from the National Accounts Executive Director.
The National Accounts Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the Playbook and working with the National Account to the sales field, managing monthly billing, from time to time, assisting with group billing issues, coordinating training sessions with group clients as needed, accompanying the National Account Executive Director on occasion to group meetings, preparing summaries to share with senior management, and preparing and presenting National groups business reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business consulting, analysis, and reporting background, with the ability to work independently from a remote/home office. You will also have a healthy respect for automotive retailers and a passion for improving the car buying experience.
