About the Role:

This full-time opportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to advance their careers quickly, with a potential pathway to a Creative Director position based on individual performance. You will engage in a variety of tasks, including graphic design, content development and editing, as well as marketing support, all within a dynamic and encouraging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of marketing initiatives by generating ideas, monitoring trends, and collaborating with content creators. You will work closely with the founder to ensure all content aligns with our brand objectives and timelines.
  • Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including email campaigns, e-commerce, and social media, as well as packaging and promotional materials to maintain a cohesive and engaging brand image.
  • Content Development & Editing: Produce and refine content for social media and e-commerce platforms, including videos and images. This role requires proficiency in using a smartphone or professional camera, along with editing software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut. Collaborate with team members to ensure content consistency with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Product Photography: Utilize professional lighting and camera equipment to capture high-quality, creative product images for e-commerce. This role demands a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Potential Responsibilities:

  • Product Design: Basic knowledge of product design software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD is beneficial. Collaborate with our designer to assist in the creation and development of new products, bringing innovative concepts to fruition.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut).
  • Experience with professional photography lighting setups is preferred, along with the ability to operate professional camera equipment.
  • Familiarity with product design software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design and marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn new skills and take on diverse roles within the organization.
