Job Overview
We are in search of an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a true passion for the hospitality sector and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
This role requires excellent communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a warm smile and maintain eye contact.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork with colleagues and various departments.
- Manage all guest interactions, both in-person and via phone, with the utmost professionalism and hospitality, accommodating special requests when feasible.
- Process guest check-ins, ensuring room assignments and rates are accurate.
- Coordinate luggage delivery to guest rooms as required.
- Issue keys correctly to guests.
- Conduct guest check-outs, ensuring satisfaction, collecting keys, posting late charges, and presenting bills.
- Accurately settle guest accounts.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer, handle cash transactions, and exchange foreign currency as necessary.
- Reconcile all transactions at the end of each shift.
- Create a welcoming and helpful atmosphere that exemplifies exceptional hospitality standards.
- Accept reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the absence of the Reservations Department.
- Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously, either personally or by directing them to the appropriate department.
- Understand all aspects of the Front Office operations within the hotel's Property Management System.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel services, facilities, operating hours, and amenities.
- Familiarize yourself with fire and safety procedures to assist guests and staff during emergencies.
- Participate in scheduled departmental meetings and other relevant discussions as needed.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Preferred: Three (3) years of experience in hospitality or service-related roles
- Proficiency in computer systems

Working Conditions
- Moderate noise levels in the work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, squatting, reaching, and stretching for extended periods.
