Guest Services Representative

Position Overview
We are in search of an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent who possesses a true passion for the hospitality sector and an innovative mindset. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of LINE's operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest warmly with a friendly demeanor and maintain engaging eye contact.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork with colleagues across various departments.
- Manage all guest interactions with the utmost professionalism, addressing special requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Facilitate the check-in process, ensuring guests receive the room type they requested at the correct rate.
- Coordinate luggage delivery to guest rooms as required.
- Issue accurate room keys to guests.
- Oversee the check-out process, ensuring guest satisfaction and handling billing accurately.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and manage financial transactions, including currency exchanges.
- Reconcile all transactions at the end of each shift.
- Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that exemplifies exceptional hospitality standards.
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the absence of the Reservations Department.
- Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Understand the hotel's Property Management System and all Front Office operations.
- Possess knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and operating hours.
- Be familiar with fire and safety protocols, providing assistance during emergencies.
- Participate in departmental meetings and other relevant gatherings as required.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred three (3) years of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Proficient in computer applications.
The work environment is typically moderate in noise level. Physical demands may include lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and standing or walking for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
