We Innovate to shape the future of Commercial Real Estate, so in this position you will:

  • Manage the process of dissecting and evaluating Profit and Loss statements and rental documents.
  • Utilize and oversee databases that monitor investment sales performance, construction projects, and other pertinent real estate indicators.
  • Occasionally present and support analyses to stakeholders.
  • Examine industry surveys and benchmarks, along with economic and demographic trends.
  • Conduct research, writing, and editing of market intelligence for promotional materials.
  • Prepare and showcase the findings of the analysis, including visuals and charts, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with the team to comprehend and identify their requirements for market intelligence.
  • Leverage market intelligence to narrate the story for the transaction.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

  • Experience in Asset Management or Brokerage.
  • Direct industry exposure.
  • Proven experience in Multi-family sectors.
  • Exceptional Excel modeling capabilities, including proficiency in VBA and complex formulas.
  • Experience with data analytics covering demographics, competitors, industry and real estate trends, etc.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; accustomed to dedicating time to verify work.
  • Ability to think commercially regarding the needs and expectations of various client groups, including investment management firms, brokers, and lenders.
  • Strong work ethic with the capacity to work autonomously and deliver results with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Capability to simplify and effectively convey complex concepts in writing and through data visualization techniques to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
