We are in search of a Lead Analyst for Business Intelligence Valuation who will apply quantitative, statistical, and financial modeling methodologies to deliver analytical solutions that inform strategic decision-making and optimize financial allocations. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in project oversight, the capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams, and a comprehensive understanding of interdepartmental dynamics. It is essential to remain informed about industry best practices and ensure that methodologies advance in alignment with organizational growth.

Our division, Member and Provider Analytics, harnesses data science and business intelligence to tackle intricate challenges and improve the health outcomes of our members through sophisticated analytics.

The Stars program by CMS evaluates the quality of Medicare plans, significantly affecting the health and well-being of beneficiaries. We take pride in our leadership position in the percentage of members enrolled in 4+ Star plans nationally for six consecutive years.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Proven experience in data analysis and financial assessment
  • Leadership experience in project management
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and interpret business needs
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Commitment to ongoing improvement

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and familiarity with the CMS Star Rating program
  • Background in healthcare analytics

Work Schedule

40 hours per week

Compensation Package

Starting salary range: $104,800 - $144,300 annually, with performance-based bonus opportunities.
