Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A at Micron Technology, Inc., you will utilize multiple sources of data to generate forecasts of Micron's financial performance for Senior Management and Executives.
This role will also perform as administrator of Micron's planning systems and preparing analysis & insights to drive executive level decision making.
Key elements include the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality of work, attention to detail and good design aesthetics.
You will analyze data and inputs received for reasonableness and explain trends, discrepancies, and variances between forecasted and actual results.
Responsibilities include:
Ownership of FP&A budget models
Combine and coordinate multiple sources of data from business partners
Collect and prioritize required financial and operational metrics to enhance added-value decision-making
Visualize key concepts from complex data sources
Convey data clearly and accurately by using charts, graphs, and tables
Navigate information system applications (e.g., Adaptive Insights, TM1, SAP) to collect actual and forecast data
Load and validate data into financial systems
Analyze Financial Data
Build reports to summarize plan and trend variances
Develop explanations for plan and trend variances for Finance leadership and other key partners
Perform ad hoc analysis based on customer requests
Project Management
Manage ad hoc financial modeling projects based on issues or needs identified by the FP&A leadership team
Coordinate internal team and external partner continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
