The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting business divisions through comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with various business units to facilitate quarterly planning and monthly forecasting activities.
  • Develop and sustain Power BI reporting tools to empower divisions in making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct thorough analyses comparing actual business performance against forecasts, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Execute price volume mix assessments to pinpoint variations due to product mix or pricing strategies, ensuring precise comparisons.
  • Manage segmentation processes to guarantee accurate revenue categorization and reporting within designated business segments.
  • Analyze inventory levels to identify potential risks, collaborating with business units to mitigate these risks and reduce waste.
  • Work in tandem with accounting to ensure appropriate reserves are established for inventory-related risks.
  • Establish robust controls surrounding inventory risk management and foster accountability within the business operations team.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Excel with the capability to handle complex data sets.
  • Experience in creating reporting tools, particularly in Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of business planning, variance analysis, and price volume mix evaluation.
  • Demonstrated success in inventory risk management and control establishment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in communicating intricate data clearly and concisely to team members across all levels.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in business planning, reporting, and analytical roles.
