The Project Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting financial tasks related to project accounting, ensuring smooth operations for either a dedicated project or the overall accounting function.

Explore Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of project contractual scopes, commercial terms, rights, liabilities, and risks.
  • Establish the project while adhering to accounting requirements and company standard procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project costs in detail, comparing them with the budget/forecast, and manage the monthly cost accrual.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of client billings.
  • Prepare and manage the project cash flow.
  • Assist Project Managers with project budget and forecasting.
  • Support Project Managers during monthly closeout and reviews.
  • Facilitate the commercial closeout of projects related to accounting functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Show Your Expertise

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
  • Open to New Graduates with no experience.
  • 3+ years of experience without a degree.
  • Accounting knowledge is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Skilled in processes and training.
  • Able to work independently and under time pressure.
  • Experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with project accounting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is required; familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus.
