Lavendo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client success organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our Data Privacy Governance platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding and Adoption: Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to ensure seamless adoption of our platform, resulting in high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our enterprise clients, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Client Health and Renewal Management: Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to ensure clients are achieving their desired outcomes, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and execute strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and expand our footprint within existing clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth and success in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance landscapes, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
