Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in the North Central region. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving bookings growth in new and existing Healthcare accounts, developing and executing sales plans, and managing pipeline to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions within complex data center design environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth.
  • Provide Rubrik management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of tech sales experience, with a focus on IT infrastructure or SaaS security.
  • Consistent track record of landing new logos and driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and experience working with partners.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience selling complex solutions and working with multiple accounts across various verticals.
